Obviously there is no point in entering data if you cannot retrieve it on demand. There are two methods to produce reports. The first and quickest is to use the inbuilt screen reports which operate on the "current" client.
The second and more powerful method is to use the Adhoc Reporting Engine. This allows you to retrieve
information from your database by entering criteria for any field. By running sequential enquiries you
can build a list of unrelated clients to built a result list.
A number of reports are provided such as a telephone listing, mailing labels or you can create your own
report template.
The Adhoc Reporting Engine also links through to Campaigns. So instead of running a query you can open a campaign and access the list of campaign members.
